MAMA LIFE IN THE FESTIVE SEASON
The crazy busy time of year is now upon us! We are sure you have been running around, shopping up a storm to fill your adorable babies stocking's with beautiful gifts that they will absolutely love!
We are also sure that you probably have not stopped, you are probably tired and no doubt you have not taken a moment for yourself to take care of you!
Make sure you take some time to rest. Whether it be to grab a quick massage or pedicure mid-shop or if you prefer your downtime to be at home, consider downloading a relaxation app on your phone. If you don't already have one, 'Mindfulness' is a wonderful app for zoning out and restoring your energy each day.
At Mama Body Tea, we have blends to cater for everyone during this busy period. Below are a few helpful teas to make sure you have on hand -
DIGESTIVE - Perfect for anyone at all to enjoy after they have indulged over the festive season.. and let's face it, we are all guaranteed to do so! Be prepared with a box of DIGESTIVE in the pantry for you and your guests and you can kick that indigestion in time for your next party!
MAMA'S MILK - Being busy can leave you tired and this, in turn, can affect your breast milk. Drinking 3-4 cups per day can help in boosting your breast milk supply. If you can get your milk flowing, it means you can rest easy knowing that 'pumping and dumping' those cheeky Christmas day bubbles isn't the end of the world!
PREGNANCY - This blend is beautiful hot or cold. If you are doing the festive season pregnant and alcohol-free, you don't have to search for a drink to enjoy. Simply turn your blend into an iced tea and even add fruit if you like, to have yourself an enjoyable drink which benefits both you and your growing baby.
Please enjoy the code 'CHRISTMAS15' for 15% off your entire cart for the next week. Code expires 15/12 at 11 pm. Keep in mind that at this time of year shipping can take a little longer so pop those orders in quickly.
Enjoy this special season with your loved ones. Christmas is such a magical time, especially when you are spending it with your gorgeous little children. We hope the spirit of the season is all around you and that it is truly one to remember!
xx
